1. License Grant

Upon purchase, WhisperOne grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the software version acquired.

2. Updates and Maintenance

12 Months of Updates

Your purchase includes 12 months of free software updates and improvements from the date of purchase.

Lifetime Access

After 12 months, you may continue to use the last stable version you received forever without any recurring fees.

3. Nature of the Software

Post-Processing

WhisperOne uses high-speed post-processing. Transcription occurs immediately after you release the global hotkey, not in real-time during dictation.

Offline Requirement

A one-time internet connection is required for the initial AI model download.

4. Compatibility

WhisperOne is provided for macOS (Intel/Apple Silicon) and Windows 10/11. It is the user's responsibility to ensure their hardware meets the minimum requirements (RAM < 200MB, GPU recommended).
