1. Local-First AI Processing
All voice-to-text processing is performed locally on your hardware using our Rust-engineered neural engine.
We do not record, store, or transmit your audio files or transcribed text to any external servers.
We do not use your voice or text to train our AI models.
2. Data Collection and Usage
We do not collect anonymous error reports or usage statistics automatically.
If you encounter an issue, you may choose to manually generate an error report and send it to us via email. This data is only used to resolve your specific request.
Payments are handled securely by Paddle. WhisperOne does not store or have access to your credit card or billing information.
3. Compliance
WhisperOne is built to be inherently compliant with GDPR (EU) and CCPA (USA) because we do not process personal data on our servers.
